Lead and manage: Best self, great teams, amazing together (2026-2027)
Lead and manage: Best self, great teams, amazing together is an eight-month leadership programme. We aim to support you to learn, develop and grow what you need to flourish in your social change leadership roles.
The programme runs between September 2026 and April 2027 with in-person half day workshops at One Strawberry Lane, Newcastle, and online action learning sets and speaker series. It explores the concepts and ideas from our three leadership frameworks – Best self, Great teams and Amazing together.
Towards a coaching culture (September-October 2026)
Towards a coaching approach aims to give you the skills, tools, mindset and confidence to adopt a coaching approach and create a coaching culture. It is a practical and participative programme of two half-day in-person workshops. It’s for arts and culture organisations in Newcastle upon Tyne

Learn it today, use it tomorrow is a series of short leadership workshops all about being your best at work and working well with others in teams and with other organisations.
