A one-day training programme for leaders and managers to develop coaching skills using coaching models including OSCAR to drive high performance through developing accountability and responsibility in individuals and teams.

In the programme we’ll

• develop your confidence to hold effective coaching conversations in the workplace

• help you grow a culture of coaching, supporting collective leadership, where we are better equipped to manage change and build resilience

• focus on performance-related conversations informally within your role, working to get the best out of people

The dates for 2021 are 26 May and 4 October, and each place costs £125.
