I bring extensive senior leadership experience, a strong values base, and a long track record of developing people, teams and organisations. Across more than two decades in executive roles — including England Grantmaking Director at the National Lottery Community Fund, where I led a £500m portfolio and a 400‑strong team - I have consistently focused on enabling others to thrive, make confident decisions and navigate complexity with clarity. My consultancy and coaching work since 2017 has deepened this practice, supporting senior leaders, emerging managers and cross‑sector partners to unlock their potential, strengthen strategic thinking and lead with purpose.

As a leadership coach, management catalyst and experienced non‑executive director, I create supportive, challenging and psychologically safe environments where individuals can reflect, grow and act with intention. My portfolio includes executive coaching, EDI strategy and leadership development, advisory roles with major foundations.

In 2024, I co-founded the North East Anti-Racism Coalition which, through its 1,200 members, works to challenge racism and hatred based on religious identity across the region.
