Neil Shashoua

I am an experienced voluntary, community and social enterprise sector specialist, with a strong track record in organisational development, programme and project management, strategy, governance, research and evaluation. In my current role with Lloyds Bank Foundation, I work on a pilot project to provide organisational development support charities and CICs, helping organisations identify their needs, access tailored support and strengthen their long-term resilience.

My previous work includes running my own consultancy, delivering organisational reviews, partnership development, evaluation and sustainability support for VCSE organisations. I have also managed consortium operations and partnership programmes, supported local voluntary sector infrastructure, and led regional organisational development support for Age UK organisations. Earlier roles included supporting local charities on governance and operations, developing campaigning capacity, volunteer brokerage, and equality and community care planning in local government.

This gives me a broad understanding of the practical, strategic and leadership challenges facing charities, especially during periods of change, growth or uncertainty.

I qualified as a coach (CMI Level 5) in October 2023 and have coached several charity leaders.
