Join us in autumn 2024 for our leadership programme Lead and manage: Best self, great teams, amazing together where we’ll be focusing on what we think is important for all of us in leadership roles — being your best self, being part of and leading great teams, and working on amazing things together.
The programme will be three full days , all Wednesdays — one for each of our three leadership frameworks Best self, Great teams, Amazing together — and two half days to help us start and end well.
These will be energising days to learn together — from us and each other — and give you time out of your every day to reflect on your own leadership, and connect and build relationships with your peers. We give a practical and comprehensive introduction to key leadership and management theories, models, frameworks, tools, techniques and approaches. Each person receives a printed copy and PDF of the Best self, Great teams and Amazing together learning resource packs.
The cost of each place is £600, and the spring programme will start in April 2024.

10 September - Starting well, 12:30 for 13:00-16:00
24 September - Best self, 9:30 for 10:00-16:00
22 October - Great teams, 9:30 for 10:00-16:00
26 November - Amazing together, 9:30 for 10:00-16:00
10 December - Ending well, 12:30 for 13:00-16:00
